Congratulations to Rebecca Ward - 2008 US Women's National Sabre Champion

Congratulations to Diamond Wheeler for placing #18 in her first Cadet World Championships (April 6, 2008). Way to go Diamond and Coach Korfanty! Congratulations to Rebecca Ward for placing # 10 at the Jr. World Championships on April 9, 2008 - highest finish for USA Jr. women's sabre, and for Team USA winning Silver in the Jr. Team event on April 12th.

Congratulations to Patrick Ghattas  for coming in 7th at the Algers Men's World Cup. Way to go Patrick!

Oregon Fencing Alliance (OFA) is a high energy fencing club devoted to promoting  fencing in the state of Oregon.  Under the tutelage
of 3x World Champion, Master Ed Korfanty (U.S. National Women's Sabre coach), OFA has achieved remarkable success in building a
world class fencing program. OFA holds more than 11 World Championship titles, and is the U.S. National Training Center for Women's

What's New at the OFA Web Site

     OFA proudly announces our new sponsor, Back In Motion Sports Injury Clinic. Our  new sponsor partnership with Dr. Ted Forcum and hisgraphic of Back in Motion logo Back In Motion Clinic offers comprehensive, state of the art treatment for most sports injuries (acute and chronic problems). Dr. Forcum is now our official OFA chiropractic physician and Holley DeShaw OFA's official massage therapist!  Dr Forcum has been appointed by the US Olympic Committees to be part of the team of therapists who will be in Beijing to help our Olympic Athletes!
     The BIM office will be sponsoring our OFA Olympic athletes and preparing them on their way to Beijing free of charge and will offer discounts to OFA fencers who are members of the  US Senior, Junior and Cadet national teams. Parties!
Have your next Birthday Party or other special occasion at our fencing gym where you and your friends can play games and try fencing!
You bring the cake and beverages, we provide the games and Fencing fun!

The price is $100 + $5 per person if more than 10 children. Maximum of 25 persons please.

Party participants should wear comfortable clothes, shorts or long pants, and athletic-type shoes.
